Finncare welcomes you to become a volunteer with our not-for-profit organisation that provides service to those in need in the community and to the elderly under our care.

Finncare’s Mission and Vision is to fulfil our community’s care and cultural needs by providing support and care to the aged.  Our volunteers are highly valued members of the Finncare team. We utilise volunteers in our Poro Café, Lifestyle and Gardening programs.

Why volunteer

Volunteers make a significant difference to the level of services we can provide to our residents and clients.  Without volunteers these services would not be able to function to their full potential.

As a Volunteer, you will play an active role in assisting Finncare in providing services to the elderly within the community. There are many ways you can assist as a volunteer.  To ensure that you be successful in this position you will be provided with orientation, training and ongoing support.
